Linda Hansen, CRX, CSM Principal Ms. Hansen is a real estate professional with over 35 years in the commercial real estate industry, primarily in the shopping center industry of which the majority  has been devoted to big box, retail and home improvement. She offers expertise in property management, accounting, development, consulting and auditing. She is a seasoned property and asset manager with significant accomplishments, as well as a strong track record in the industry. Her experience includes property management of shopping centers, office buildings, lifestyle & power centers, enclosed malls and industrial properties. In addition, Ms. Hansen created and supervised the property management division for a big-box retailer for nearly 15 years. She is knowledgeable in the realm of development and marketing of income producing properties.

Ms. Hansen has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1990 earning a Senior Level Certified Shopping Center (SCSM) professional designation from ICSC in 2001 and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designation in 2013. In addition, she is an active member of the National Retail Tenants Association (NRTA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Texas and earned an Associates degree in real estate in 1981.
